for everyone
One of the causes due to which man tends to fear death is that man, after death, steps onto an entirely new path and embarks upon an entirely new journey. Man, usually tends to travel on frightful paths, over which he has traveled a number of times and has not encountered any trouble, better than paths which are comparatively safer, but which are totally new. Since, the path being new and unfamiliar, it becomes reason for hesitation and anxiety, especially since no one, who has traveled this path, has brought any news about it, for the others.
Anyway, if the fear of death is due to the place and path being unfamiliar, then it is necessary that the reality of death be completely comprehended and one’s conviction strengthened. In addition to this, it is necessary to obtain the necessary information by means of the Revelation and the traditions of the Infallible Imams (A.S) and the righteous people, regarding the stages, places of danger and the other particularities of death and after it, then believe in them and prepare oneself to encounter them.
Just like a person, who during the course of a journey, finds himself lonely and unaware of his whereabouts, manages to lessen his perplexity with the help of necessary information, maps and equipment’s, we too must obtain the map of the way and the necessary information from authentic and reliable sources.
In a tradition from Imam ‘Ali ibn Muhammad (A.S), it is narrated that he (A.S) approached one of his companions who was sick and in a state of crying and grieving and complaining due to fear of death. The Imam (A.S) then addressed him saying: “O servant of Allah, you fear death because you do not comprehend it”. Then theImam (A.S) presented an example and said “If you had become dirty, and due to the excess of dirt and dirtiness you were in suffering and inconvenience, and you knew that the cure for all this lay in your taking a shower, would you wish to go to a bath and clean yourself or would you wish to remain in the same state of dirtiness and as a result continue to undergo the suffering.” The sick man said, “Yes, I would wish to take the shower “. Then the Imam (A.S) replied “death (for you) is the very same shower...”
On the Resurrection Day, all the people’s deeds shall be investigated and everyone will receive the consequence of his, or her, acts; and nobody shall face any injustice. The Hell is waiting for the sinner, who did not believe in the Resurrection Day and denied and called false the signs and manifestations of the God.
It is said in Qur’an :
Indeed the Hell is awaiting as a home for the rebellious to remain in it for ages. In there, they neither taste coolness, nor drink except boiling water and sanies, as a proportioned reward to their deed. They did not believe in the Reckoning Day, and they strongly rejected and denied our signs, while everything has been accounted for and registered.  Thus, taste, for we never increase but to your torment. (Verses 21-30)
The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) told one of his pious friends named Jabbir bin Abdullah, "Oh Jabbir! You will live and will see my son Mohammad Bin Ali Bin Al Hussain whose name in Torah (The Old Testament) is Baqir, convey my compliments (Salam) to him."
The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) passed away and Jabbir remained alive for long times to come. One day, he visited the house of Imam Zain-ul-Abidin (A.S.) and came across a small child. He asked lmam Sajjad (A.S.), "Whose is this child?" He replied, "He is my son Mohammad Baqir (A.S.) who is the Imam of the Muslims next to myself."
Jabbir got up and kissed the Imam (A.S.) and said, "My life be sacrificed upon you, oh the son of Prophet (P.B.U.H.) accept the compliments (Salam) of your grandfather the Prophet of God (P.B.U.H.). He conveyed his compliments through me."
Imam's (A.S.) eyes were filled up with tears and he said, "compliments and benediction be upon my grandfather the Prophet of God (P.B.U.H.) until the Sky and Earth are stable (firm) and upon you too, Oh Jabbir, that you conveyed his compliment to me."
Imam Abu Muhammad al-Hassan al-Askari (a.s), he was one of the masters of interpreters. A special tafseer known as "tafseer Imam al-Askari" was transmitted from him. Here we mention in brief some holy verses that the imam had interpreted:
1. Abu Hashim al-Ja’fari said, ‘Once, I was with Abu Muhammad (a.s) and asked him about this saying of Allah: (Then We gave the Book for an inheritance to those whom We choose from among Our servants; but of them is he who wrongs himself, and of them is he who takes a middle course, and of them is he who is foremost in deeds of goodness by Allah's permission) (Qur'an, 35:32).
He said, ‘This saying has been revealed about the progeny of Muhammad (a.s). One, who wrongs himself, is the one who does not acknowledge the imam, and one who takes a middle course is the one who acknowledges the imam, and one who is foremost in deeds of goodness by Allah’s permission is the imam.’
My eyes shed tears and I thought with myself of what Allah had given to the progeny of Muhammad (a.s). The imam looked at me and said, ‘How great is that which yourself told you about the great importance of the progeny of Muhammad! Thank Allah for He has made you love them! You shall be called with them on the Day of Resurrection when every human being shall be called with his imam. Be delighted Abu Hashim! You are in good.’

The Miracle of Numbers In Qur'an

Check this out, very interesting findings of scientists of Quranic sciences might grasp your attention:

The scientists discovered some verses in the Holy Qur'an that mention one thing is equal to another, i.e. men are equal to women.

Although this makes sense grammatically, the astonishing fact is that the number of times the word man appears in the Qur'an is 24 and number of times the word woman appears is also 24, therefore not only is this phrase correct in the grammatical sense but also true mathematically, i.e. 24 = 24.

Upon further analysis of various verses, he discovered that this is consistent throughout the whole Qur'an, where it says one thing is like another. See below for astonishing result of the words mentioned number of times in Arabic Qur'an:

Dunia (one name for life) 115. Aakhirat (one name for the life after this world) 115
Malaika (Angels) 88 . Shayteen (Satan) 88
Life 145 .... Death 145
Benefit 50 . Corrupt 50
People 50 .. Messengers 50
Eblees (king of devils) 11 . Seek refuge from Eblees 11
Museebah (calamity) 75 . Thanks 75
Spending (Sadaqah) 73 . Satisfaction 73
People who are mislead 17 . Dead people 17
Muslimeen 41 . Jihad 41
Gold 8 . Easy life 8
Magic 60 . Fitnah (dissuasion, misleading) 60
Zakat (Taxes Muslims pay to the poor) 32 . Barakah (Increasing or blessings of wealth) 32
Mind 49 . Noor 49
Tongue 25 . Sermon 25
Desite 8 . Fear 8
Speaking publicly 18 . Publicising 18
Hardship 114 .... Patience 114
Muhammed 4 . Sharee'ah (Muhammed's teachings) 4
Man 24. Woman 24

And amazingly enough have a look how many times the following words appear:

Salah 5, Month 12, Day 365
Sea 32, Land 13

Sea + land = 32+13= 45
Sea = 32/45*100=71.11111111%
Land = 13/45*100 = 28.88888889%
Sea + land =100.00%

Modern science has only recently proven that the water covers 71.111% of the earth, while the land covers 28.889%.

Is this a coincidence?

Question is that Who taught Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) all this?

Reply automatically comes in mind that ALMIGHTY ALLAH taught him this. As the Qur'an also tells us this.

Aayah 87 of Suraa (Chapter) Al-Anbia \ para 17: LA ILAHA ILLA ANTA SUBHANAKA INNI KUNTU MINA ZALIMEEN.

Imam Sadiq (as) said: "One of the Reasoning of God the Almighty for his servants in the Hereafter is expressed by him saying:" Did I not make your Remembrance pleasant? " in 1747 -

Imam Sadiq (as) said: " God told Moses the son of Imran (as) in one of His revelations: "O 'Moses! I have not created anything dearer than My believing servant. I will make him suffer for what is better for him, and then give him a reward that is better for him. I know best what is better for him. He must persevere in the face of My hardships, and be grateful for My blessings. He must be content with My decree. If he acts according to My decree and obeys Me , then I will record him as being one of the Righteous.

Imam Sadiq (as) said: "Ask your Lord for well-being since you are not from among those who will suffer calamities. Before you there were those of the Israelite who were torn into pieces to force them to convert to atheism, but they did not do so. "

Imam Sadiq (as) said: "There was a man in the past who was content with whatever hurt him in this world, and so many good deeds were recorded for him that were not recorded for anyone else on the Earth, and he never committed any sins. One of the angels who liked him asked God for permission to descend down to Earth and visit him. He was standing in prayer and the angel sat down near him.

Suddenly a lion jumped on the man and tore him into four pieces and threw each piece on a side. The angel stood up, collected the parts of his body and buried him.

Then he went to the seashore and saw a polytheist there for whom the people brought a variety of foods in golden and silver dishes. The man was uttering polytheistic sayings and was the King of India. The angel ascended to the heavens. He was summoned and asked what he had seen. He said: "The most amazing thing that I saw was that You let a lion tear into pieces the man for whom You recorded the best good deeds, and I saw that you gave perfect health to a polytheist to whom You gave a kingdom, and for whom the people brought a variety of foods in golden and silver dishes.

"God the Almighty said:" Do not be surprised about My first servant. He had asked Me for a high rank in Heaven which he could not attain any other way. I fed him to a lion to let him reach that rank. However, I did not do anything for the other man, since he will get My torture in the Hereafter.

Iran showcases homegrown arms in war games

TEHRAN, Iran (AP) - Iran's latest war games have featured the predictable blaze of missile tests and an unexpected peek at underground launch silos. There's one bit of military showmanship, though, that ties it all together: Promoting the Made in Iran label.
Boasting about homegrown defense technology is growing louder as Iran claims U.N. sanctions cannot blunt efforts to keep pace with America's Gulf allies - led by Saudi Arabia - that are awash in Pentagon weaponry and taking an increasingly tough line against Tehran.
The 10-day military exercises - which wrap up Thursday - also fit into Iran's narrative of growing self-sufficiency on other fronts including equipment to create nuclear fuel and ambitions to join the club of space-exploring nations.
There's little direct evidence about how much of Iran's military arsenal is now built at home. But many defense analysts note that Iranian engineers have had decades to copy and modify designs first obtained from abroad, including No-Dong missiles from North Korea and air defense batteries based on Russia's S-300 system and America's Hawk missiles purchased before the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
"There's been a long learning curve for Iran," said Theodore Karasik, a regional affairs expert at the Dubai-based Institute for Near East and Gulf Military Analysis. "But compared with five or 10 years ago, Iran seems to have made significant strides. They probably aren't fully self-sufficient for defense needs, but they are moving in that direction."
Iranian officials claim they are already there. Defense Minister Gen. Ahmad Vahidi said the current war games highlight the futility of U.N. sanctions over Iran's refusal to halt uranium enrichment.
"The war games ... show Iran's great capability in designing, producing and using various kinds of missiles based on domestic knowledge. This showed that the sanctions imposed had no effect on Iran's missile program," Vahidi claimed in comments posted Saturday on sepahnews.com, the official website of Iran's powerful Revolutionary Guard.
Iran says it already has missiles with ranges of up to 1,240 miles (2,000 kilometers) - putting Israel, U.S. bases in the Gulf and parts of Europe within reach.
The commander of the Revolutionary Guard aerospace force, Amir Ali Hajizadeh, further claimed that Iran "possesses the technology" to make even longer-range missiles, but doesn't plan the upgrades because the country's primary potential targets - Israel and U.S. bases in the region - are already in striking distance.
But the biggest potential game changer in the region was the main surprise of the war games so far: State TV showing the first images of underground missile silos. Iran claims the sites can withstand direct attacks and allow for simultaneous mass firings of its Shahab-3 and Sajjil-2 missiles, allegedly capable of hitting Israel and U.S. bases in the region.
Iranian officials say the silos, too, were constructed only with Iranian know-how.
This joins a roster of other military advancements Iran claims as its own, including a guided-missile destroyer that began patrolling the Gulf last year and an attack drone that President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad dubbed the "ambassador of death."
On Tuesday, Iran's first domestically built submarine returned to port after a mission that included reconnaissance in the Red Sea, the semi-official ISNA news agency reported.
"Iran undoubtedly has dedicated significant resources into its own defense industry. That said, however, it's clear they are not there yet," said Paul Rogers, who follows international defense affairs at Bradford University in Britain. "Iran still relies on the help of a few friendly countries."
Among them is China, which opened a factory in Iran last year to help produce Iran's new generation of anti-ship missiles, Nasr-1, according to reports including Jane's Defense Weekly. The main tactical advantage for Iran is widening its range over the Gulf, including the strategic Strait of Hormuz that is the passageway for 40 percent of the world's oil tanker traffic.
On Monday, Iran's state-run Press TV said test firings of new "supersonic" anti-ship missile are expected later this week as part of the military exercises.
It's also another direct challenge to Saudi Arabia and the other Western-allied Gulf nations that host major foreign bases, including a French naval outpost in Abu Dhabi and the U.S. Navy's 5th Fleet in Bahrain.
In many ways, the Arab uprisings have only hardened the Gulf Arab fears over Iran.
They have openly accused Shiite power Iran and its proxy forces, such as Lebanon's Hezbollah, of actively encouraging Shiite dissent in places such as Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, the Gulf monarchs and sheiks have bonded together to try to snuff out any political opposition that could threaten their rule - including sending a Saudi-led force to help bail out Bahrain's embattled rulers.
In their view, any cracks in the Gulf establishment by street revolts is a potential gain for Iran. The Gulf's fortress mentality has reached new levels. The Gulf's main political bloc has gone far afield to offer membership to the other royal-ruled nations in the region: Jordan and Morocco.
Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheik Nasser Al Mohammad Al Sabah opened a tour this week of Gulf neighbors by describing Saudi Arabia as "the rock that shatters the dreams of the enemies" - an apparent reference to both Iran and opposition groups inspired by the Arab revolts.
"Saudi Arabia has definitely established itself as an alternative to the Arab Spring," said Ehsan Ahrari, a political affairs analyst based in Alexandria, Virginia. "And they have done so quite independently of the United States."
Iran has pushed back, too, with claims that Saudi Arabia and its Gulf allies are pumping up fears over the Islamic Republic as excuses for crackdowns on political dissent. But Tehran also appears pleased to rattle the region.
"We are delighted the West and allies are worried," said Foreign Ministry spokesman Rahmin Mehmanparast in reference to the war games. "When they are not concerned, it means that they are comfortably pursing their interests in the region."
Every single evening As I'm lying here in bed, This tiny little Prayer
Keeps running through my head:

God  bless all my family Wherever they may be, Keep them warm And safe from harm For they're so close to me.
And  God, there is one more thing I wish that you could do; Hope you don't mind me asking, Please bless my computer too.
Now I know that it's unusual To Bless a motherboard, But listen just a second While I explain it to you, Lord.
You see, that little metal box Holds more than odds and ends;
Inside those small compartments
Rest so many of my friends.
I know so much about them By  the kindness that they give, And this little scrap of metal Takes me in to where they live.
By faith is how I know them Much the same as you. We share in what life brings us And from that our friendships grew.
Please take an extra minute From your duties up above, To bless those in my address book
That's filled with so much love.

Wherever else this prayer may reach To each and every friend, Bless each e-mail inbox And each person who hits 'send'.
When you update your Heavenly list On your own Great CD-ROM, Bless everyone who says this prayer

Fifth Infallible Description:
Name: Al-HussainTitle: Sayyid-ush-Shohada
Designation: 3rd ImamKunyat: Abu Abdullah
Father: Ali Ibne Abu TalibMother: Fatima Bint-e-Muhammad
Born: 3rd Sha'aban 4 AH (626 AD)Died: 10th Muharram 61AH (680AD)
Martyred by: Sword on AshuraBuried: Karbala, Iraq
Lived: 57 years
Fifth Infallible Sayings:
  • O Allah what did he finds who lost you, and what did he loose who found you.
  • On his way to Karbala, Imam Hussain(A.S.) said: This world has changed, snubbed, and its good has turned tail. Nothing has remained from it except a thing that is as scanty as the leftover of a cup and a mean life that is like a noxious grazing. Have you not noticed that the right is ignored and the evil is not forbidden? This is sufficient for making the believer's desire for meeting Allah rightfully. I consider death as happiness and life with the wrongdoers as boredom. People are certainly the slaves of this world. The religion is only a slaver on their tongues. They turn it wherever their livelihood demands. If they are examined by misfortunes, the religious will be very little.
  • Imam Hussain(A.S.) said to a man who backbit another before him. O you, stop backbiting, for it is the daily meal of the dogs of Hell.
  • Before Imam Hussain(A.S.), a man said that favors are worthless if they are done to other than its people. The Imam Hussain(A.S.) commented: No, this is in accurate. Favors should be like the heavy rain that covers the pious and the sinful.
  • Whenever Allah seizes the power of somebody, He will surely free him from acts of obedience to Him, and whenever He seizes the ability of somebody, He will surely save his from the burdens.
  • Some people worshipped Allah for the purpose of gaining His gifts. This is the worship of the merchants. Some worshipped Him for the purpose of avoiding His punishment. This is the worship of the slaves. Some worshipped Him as showing gratitude to Him. This is the worship of the genuine ones. It is the best worship.
  • A man received Imam Hussain(A.S.) saying, "How are you? Allah may grant you good health." The Imam Hussain(A.S.) instructed him: Salaam-greeting-should precede wording. Allah may grant you good health. Do not permit anybody before he says salaam.
  • There are seventy advantages for the greeting. Sixty-nine are given to the one who greets first and one is given to the one who responds to the greeting.
  • When Allah wills to lead a servant to destruction gradually, He bestows upon him with graces and does not favor him with showing gratitude for these graces.
  • Imam Hussain(A.S.) said to a man who begged him: Asking for financial help is acceptable only in big loss, extreme poverty, or horrible guarantee. The man said: Because of one of these I came. Hence, the Imam Hussain(A.S.) ordered to be given one hundred dinars.
  • Imam Hussain(A.S.) said to his son Ali(A.S.): O son, beware of wronging him who does not have a supporter except Allah the Majestic.
  • A man from Ansar wanted to ask Imam Hussain(A.S.) for financial help, but the Imam Hussain(A.S.) said: O brother of Ansar, protect your face from the humility of seeking others help. You may write your need in a paper and I will respond to it pleasantly, God willing. The man wrote to the Imam (A.S.) that he owed a certain individual five hundred dinars and that man insisted on receiving his money soon. He also asked the Imam Hussain(A.S.) to speak to persuade that man to grant him a respite until he becomes able to defray the sum. As Imam Hussain(A.S.) read the paper, he entered his house to take out a bale containing one thousand dinars. He handed them to the man and said: You may defray the debt and use the other five hundred dinars for settling your financial problems. "Do not say your need to anybody except three, a religious, a chivalrous, or a highborn individual. The religious will try to keep his religion pure, the chivalrous will be embarrassed by his chivalry, and the highborn will feel that you have not kept your face from asking for your need; therefore, he will protect your face against disappointing you."
  • Sitting with the intelligent is a sign of successfulness. Disputation with other than the disbelievers is a sign of ignorance. A sign of a scholar is his self-criticism of his sayings and his acquaintance with the various hypotheses.
  • Beware of things for which you apologize. The true believer should not make mistakes and should not apologize. The hypocrite makes mistakes and apologizes everyday.
  • The true stingy is that who refrains from greeting.
  • He who tries to achieve something through acting disobediently to Allah will miss what he expects and fall in what he fears.

They are strict for body’s food but…

I wonder those who think about their body's food, but do not think about their soul's food. they keep away disturbing food from their belly, but fill up their heart with destructive subjects.

WASILA OF IMAM HUSSAIN (AS)
When Imam Husain (AS) was born, Allah sent down the angel Jibrail (AS) to congratulate the family. On the way down from the heavens angel Jibrail (AS) passed an island, on which the angel Fitrus was sent to by Allah because he had been naughty. Fitrus had also had his wings taken away by Allah. When Fitrus saw Jibrail (AS) he asked him where he was going. Jibrail (AS) told him that he was going to congratulate the Holy Prophet (SAW) and his family on the birth of Imam Husain (AS).Fitrus asked if he could also go with him. Jibrail (AS) agreed with the permission of Allah and so carried him down to earth. When the angels reached the Holy Prophet (SAW) and congratulated him and his family, the Prophet (SAW) told Fitrus to go to Imam Husain (AS).When Fitrus touched Imam Husain’s (AS) cradle his wings were given back to him by Allah, who had forgiven him.
If you want something it is better to ask through our Imam’s (AS) as they are closer to Allah than we are.

” Even if the whole world were to be given to me to rule over, I shall never yield to the tyrant.”

The Messenger of God said:
Verily Husayn is a door from the doors of Paradise; God has made even the smell of Paradise unlawful for those who antagonize Husayn.

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Salam Alikum Dear Believers,

The Imam Mahdi Association of Marjaeya would like to congratulate you on the birthday of Imam Hussein (as).

In the house of the Holy Prophet, which presented the best image of both the worlds - the heaven and the earth - a child who benefited humanity as if he was a Divine Impression reflecting the earth, was born on one of the nights of the month of Sha`ban. His father was Imam Ali, the best model of kindness towards his friends and the bravest against the enemies of Islam, and his mother was Hadrat Fatimah, the only daughter and child of the Holy Prophet, who had as universally acknowledged, inherited the qualities of her father. Imam Husayn, is the third Apostolic Imam.
Hasan and Husayn, the two sons of the Holy Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib and Hadrat Fatimah, our Lady of Light, were respected and revered as the `Leaders of the Youths of Paradise' as stated by the Holy Prophet.
The Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace be on him and his progeny, had openly prophesied that the faith of Islam would be rescued by his second grandson Husayn, when Yazid, son of Mu'awiyah, would endeavour to destroy it.
Yazid was known for his devilish character and brutish conduct. He was known as the most licentious of men. Immediately as he came to power, Yazid began acting in full accordance with his known character. He started interfering in the fundamentals of the faith and, practiced every vice and wickedness freely with the highest degree of impunity and yet held himself out as the successor of the Holy Prophet, demanding allegiance to himself as the leading guide of the faith.
The refusal of the Holy Imam to pay allegiance to him marked the start of the persecution of the Holy Imam. As a result he had retired to Medina where he led a secluded life. Even here he was not allowed to live in peace, and was forced to seek refuge in Mecca where also he was badly harassed, and Yazid plotted to murder him in the very precincts of the great sanctuary of Ka'bah.
In order to safeguard the great sanctuary, Imam Husayn decided to leave Mecca for Kufah just a day before the hajj pilgrimage. When asked the reason for the mysterious departure from Mecca foregoing the pilgrimage which was only the next day, Imam Husayn said that he would perform this year's pilgrimage at Karbala', offering the sacrifice not of any animals, but of his kith and kin and some faithful friends. He enumerated the names of his kith and kin who would lay down their lives with him in the great sacrifice at Karbala'.
The people of Kufah, getting tired of the tyrannical and satanic rule of Yazid, had written innumerable letters and sent emissaries to Imam Husayn to come over and give them guidance in faith. Although Imam Husayn knew the ultimate end of the invitations, he as the divinely chosen Imam could not refuse to give the guidance sought for. When the Holy Imam with his entourage had reached Karbala', his horse mysteriously stopped and would not move any further. Upon this the Holy Imam declared: "This is the land, the land of sufferings and tortures." He alighted from his horse, and ordered his followers to encamp there saying: "Here shall we be martyred and our children be killed. Here shall our tents be burned and our family arrested. This is the land about which my grandfather the Holy Prophet had foretold, and his prophecy will certainly be fulfilled."
The Imam (as) would be killed in this land in the most heart-wrenching manner, leaving his family members behind to continue his quest of saving Islam and propagating it in its true form, the form which Imam Hussein's grandfather the Messenger of Allah had done.
