Humbleness is treating the people the way you like to be treated.

(Mahajah Al-Bayda , Vol. S , P. 225)
The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said: ‘He who grieves a true Muslim cannot then compensate for it by offering him the entire world because it is not sufficient compensation (unless he repents and appeases the said person).’

The Holy Prophet peace upon him said: "The most perfect of the believers in faith are the best of them in morals .And the best among them are those who are best to their wives."
And faith means performing & discharging the obligatory duties & avoiding the committing of forbidden acts & faith is the recognition & knowing Allah through the heart & admitting & confessing through the tongue & practicing through the parts of body (physically).
Imam Reza (a.s.)TUHFUL AQOOL, P 422
O you who carry knowledge around with you; are you only carrying it around with you?
For surely knowledge belongs to who ever know and then acts accordingly, so that his action corresponds to his knowledge. There will be a people who will carry knowledge around with them, but it will not pass beyond their shoulders. Their inner most thoughts will contradict what they display in public and their actions will contradict what they know.
Imam Ali (a.s.)

Blind Man's Dog
While waiting for a bus, the blind man's dog decided to go to the bathroom all over the blind man's legs.
A passerby commented to the blind man, "What! That dog just went to the bathroom all over your legs, and you are petting him?! Are you crazy?"
To which the blind man replied, "Madam, I am not petting him, I am feeling for his bottom, so I can kick him."

ARAB DOLL FULLA' BANNED IN TUNISIA | for everyone |
This is Fulla, the Hijab-clad Arab Muslim adaptation of the decadent West’s Barbie doll.
Our Barbie wears the Hijab (head scarf) and Islamic attire – a long dress with long sleeves. While she is a blessing to many parents in the Muslim world who are happy to see their children playing with a doll which conforms to social traditions and religious obligations, Egyptian blogger Ahmed Shokeir registers his disgust against Tunisian authorities who aren’t happy with the doll and are conducting a witch hunt and confiscating it from stores.
“Fulla is an Arab doll, developed a few years ago as an adaptation from the famous Barbie doll. It is only natural that she appears Arab or more specifically Gulf Arab, wearing the attire people in this part of the world are used to. Its manufacturers made sure that she wears the head scarf and its accompanying cloak without a veil, which covers the face. But Tunisia and you don’t know what Tunisia is, is conducting a clampdown and confiscating the doll and all other items which have Fulla’s image (such are stationery and school bags) on the grounds that the clothes she is wearing spread sectarianism. One of the journalists wrote that school bags carry Fulla’s pictures and he was worried that young children will be arrested and questioned for carrying the bags,” he wrote.
Business Training Seminars | for everyone |
Business Training Seminars
The company has to take steps to groom the skills of the staff and make them trained professionals. Today there are many companies that organize business training programs for their clients and business organizations must use this service to train their staff.
Business is all about relationships and meetings are often conducted by companies with their staff and customers to improver the service. Communication is a major thing that drives a business. Communication is not just speaking good English. Communication is more than speaking. You need to know the correct verbal and non verbal gestures to use in the meetings.
Many companies fail in their business due to ineffective meetings. This is due to the lack of communication skills by the participants of the meeting. Each and every company must organize business communication training programs to educate the staff about the meetings. The mentor or the coach will be an expert in the field and he will be able to identify where the problem lies and the seminar will inturn greatly help overcome the problem.
The world is changing everyday and business strategies are changing too. The company must take steps to improve their strategy and run with the world. This can be achieved by organizing business training seminars frequently. A single seminar can educate all staff of the department and the leaders of the department will be updated with the latest technology and information to lead the department effectively.
Leadership quality is very important to run the company successfully. The leader of each department must be able to get the work done from his subordinates in time. When all the departments complete the work within the speculated time then the product can be tested well before introducing into the market. If any department delays the work the entire process will be delayed. This responsibility lies entirely on the leader. The must be informed of the latest technologies in the market that can be incorporated in his departments. Also the leaders must often attend business training programs to improve the leadership qualities in him.
Customer service is very important to expand the business. When your customer is not satisfied you will not get further business with him. On the other hand, when you exceed the expectations you can maintain a long term relationship with the customer. Though the service depends on specific requirements of the customer, you must know the basic customer service etiquette. Attending a business training program conducted by an expert in the area of customer service will greatly help you to improve the reputation of your company.
The finance department has to decide how much you are allowed to spend to stay in profit. Organizing a business training program for the finance department will help the department staff to plan a budget that will minimize the expenditure and maximize the profits. The budget for a company is very important as it will decide the path in which the company will travel in the next year.
The human resource department is responsible for selecting a right candidate for a post. The company must business training program exclusively for the HR department to identify new approaches and training methodologies for training the newly recruited individual. These department staff must have the ability to identify the skills in the candidate and put him in the respective department.

VERY WELL SAID...... | for everyone |
You will enjoy the new insights that Rick Warren has, with his wife now having cancer and him having 'wealth' from the book sales. This is an absolutely incredible short interview with Rick Warren.
In the interview by Paul Bradshaw with Rick Warren, Rick said:
People ask me, What is the purpose of life?
And I respond: In a nutshell, life is preparation for eternity. We were not made to last forever, and God wants us to be with Him in Heaven.
One day my heart is going to stop, and that will be the end of my body-- but not the end of me.
I may live 60 to 100 years on earth, but I am going to spend trillions of years in eternity. This is the warm-up act - the dress rehearsal. God wants us to practice on earth what we will do forever in eternity..
We were made by God and for God, and until you figure that out, life isn't going to make sense.
Life is a series of problems: Either you are in one now, you're just coming out of one, or you're getting ready to go into another one.
The reason for this is that God is more interested in your character than your comfort; God is more interested in making your life holy than He is in making your life happy.
We can be reasonably happy here on earth, but that's not the goal of life. The goal is to grow in character.
This past year has been the greatest year of my life but also the toughest, with my wife, Kay, getting cancer.
I used to think that life was hills and valleys - you go through a dark time, then you go to the mountaintop, back and forth. I don't believe that anymore.
Rather than life being hills and valleys, I believe that it's kind of like two rails on a railroad track, and at all times you have something good and something bad in your life.
No matter how good things are in your life, there is always something bad that needs to be worked on.
And no matter how bad things are in your life, there is always something good you can thank God for.
You can focus on your purposes, or you can focus on your problems:
If you focus on your problems, you're going into self-centeredness, which is my problem, my issues, my pain. But one of the easiest ways to get rid of pain is to get your focus off yourself and onto God and others.
We discovered quickly that in spite of the prayers of hundreds of thousands of people, God was not going to heal Kay or make it easy for her- It has been very difficult for her, and yet God has strengthened her character, given her a ministry of helping other people, given her a testimony, drawn her closer to Him and to people.
You have to learn to deal with both the good and the bad of life.
Actually, sometimes learning to deal with the good is harder. For instance, this past year, all of a sudden, when the book sold 15 million copies, it made me instantly very wealthy.
It also brought a lot of notoriety that I had never had to deal with before. I don't think God gives you money or notoriety for your own ego or for you to live a life of ease.
So I began to ask God what He wanted me to do with this money, notoriety and influence. First, in spite of all the money coming in, we never changed our lifestyle one bit.. We made no major purchases.
Second, about midway through last year, I stopped taking a salary.
Third, we set up foundations to fund an initiative we call The Peace Plan to assist the poor, care for the sick, and educate the next generation.
Fourth, I added up all that my work had paid me in the 24 years since I started work, and I gave it all back. It was liberating to be able to serve God for free.
We need to ask ourselves: Am I going to live for possessions? Popularity?
Am I going to be driven by pressures? Guilt? Bitterness? Materialism? Or am I going to be driven by God's purposes ?
When I get up in the morning, I sit on the side of my bed and say, God, if I don't get anything else done today, I want to know You more and love You better. God didn't put me on earth just to fulfill a list. He's more interested in what I am than what I do!
That's why we're called human beings, not human doings.
Happy moments, PRAISE GOD!!
Difficult moments, SEEK GOD!!
Quiet moments, WORSHIP GOD!!
Painful moments, TRUST GOD!!
Every moment, THANK GOD!!!

ENCOURAGE GOOD AND FORBID EVIL | for everyone |
Can you be indifferent to the actions of other people? Can you exist in "isolation" and as totally cut off from the rest of the society? Can you exist without any relations with other people? What effect does the goodness or badness of the society have on the individual? What kind of individuals grow up in a religious society? When a person grows up in an evil, corrupt and perverse society, to what evils is he led? What responsibility does the Muslim have towards the society he or she lives in?
In Islam, everyone is responsible before Allah towards the society and no one can be indifferent to the actions of his neighbors.
Each person must realize that he is linked to the rest of society, and that the society is like a single body of which he is a part.
Therefore, the true Muslim strives with all his might for the benefit and good of his society.
Islam teaches Muslims that the heaven-sent programs of Islam lead the society to perfection and happiness provided that those programs are properly carried out and followed by all the people in the society.
Therefore, in order that all the aspects of the laws and regulations of religion be properly carried out, Islam places the responsibility of ensuring the proper implementation of the Islamic teachings upon two factors.
Firstly, the legal Islamic authority, that is, the legitimate Islamic government.
It is the duty of the government in Islam to put into practice all the Islamic laws, regulations and programs.
Islamic government has the duty of leading the individuals of the society towards good deeds, and it must put an end to all instances of injustice, oppression, corruption and perversion.
It must severely punish those who are guilty of these crimes, and must constantly encourage those who are religious and benevolent.
These are some of the most important duties of the Islamic government.
Secondly, each and every Muslim is considered in Islam to be responsible for the society and for practicing the divine laws.
Each person is counted as a kind of guardian and policeman.
In Islam, every Muslim must pay attention to the actions and behavior of the people of his society, and must do what he can to prevent corruption.
A Muslim must himself be good and must also encourage others to do good, and he must strive for the welfare of society.
Islam calls this duty "aI- amr bilma'ruf', which means enjoining the right.
A Muslim must also refrain from sins and from breaking the laws of Islam and the Islamic government (if it is truly Islamic), and as far as he can, he must try to prevent sins and corruption from occurring in the society.
Islam calls this duty "al-nahy an al-rnunkar".
which means forbidding the wrong.
Al'amr bilma'ruf and al-nahy an al-munkar together form one of the most important public duties in Islam, and one of the foremost duties of every Muslim.
It is obligatory for every Muslim to defend the laws of his religion in this way, and to strive to safeguard them and have them carried out.
Allah tells us in the Qur'an: "You are the best nation (O Muslims) brought out for mankind, because you enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong, and you have faith in Allah.
(3:109)."
The Prophet (P.B.U.H.)
of Islam has said: "Enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong.
for as long as you do so your society will be strong and happy; but when the Muslims would fail in this, their society will be dominated by oppressors and no matter how much they pray to Allah for deliverance from the oppressors, Allah will not answer their prayers and they will find no justice anywhere, neither in the skies nor in the earth.
' Now that you know about this great and sacred duty, what programs will you draw up for the rest of your life? How will you cooperate with your friends in performing this great duty?
KINDNESS WITH WORD | for everyone |
Our Holy Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) was sitting one day with his Companions and they were talking together.
A person came in without asking permission and didn't even Offer his salam.
"Why didn't you say salam?" questioned the Prophet.
"Why didn't you ask permission to come in?!" "Go back.
Ask our permission and greet us with your salam before you come in, he instructed.
Regarding salams.
the Holy Prophet has told us: * "O Muslims! you will not enter Paradise unless you are kind to each other.
unless you warmly say salam to each other whenever you meet.
Do you think that Allah has created us just to live in this world for a few days, just to eat and drink, to sleep and to wear clothes, and then to die, with nothing more? Do you think that this is all we should live for? And that Allah, Who does nothing in vain, has created us merely for this? In the Qur'an we are told: "Your creation was not in vain, you have been created to live in this world and perform the best kind of deeds, and to strive towards goodness and perfection.
Then, after your life in the world, you will be taken to the Hereafter, where you will receive the result of your deeds."
The Hereafter is the place where the good are separated from the bad.
The people who have performed acts of goodness in their lives will be allowed into Paradise, where they will live in happiness and bliss.
Allah is pleased with them, and they too are pleased with the many blessings of Allah.
But the bad and irreligious people are sent to Hell, where they receive the punishment for their evil deeds.
Allah is angry with them and they live in suffering and pain, and that is the result of their own deeds, and what they deserve.
"Always say salam in a loud voice and reply in the same way.
"God loves most the person who says salam first and gives him better rewards and blessings."
"First give your salam, then say whatever you have to say."

Knowledge creates fear of God.

The best of the cautious people are those who swallow their anger most.
The lowest of people are those who insult people.
The Holy Prophet (saw) said: "Whoever wishes to see Adam in his knowledge, Noah in his piety, Abraham in his forbearance, Moses in his strength, and Jesus in his worship and devotion should look at Ali ibn Abi Talib."
Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw) said the following about Ali ibn Abi Talib (a.s.)
He is the first one to believe in Islam; He is the most knowledgeable; He is the most correct one in his DEEN; He is the most certain; He is the most patient; He is the most forgiving and generous; He is the bravest in heart; He is the IMAM and the successor after me.

GUARANTEE TO THE ENTRANCE OF HEAVEN | for everyone |
'Anas-ibn-Mlaik narrates from the Messenger of Allah [sa] who said: ‘Accept six things from me, then I will accept (and guarantee) the entrance of Heaven for you:
1. When you speak, tell no lies.
3. When you are trusted (by others), be honest.
4. Lower your eyes (from committing sin).
5.Guard your modesty.
6. Hold your hands and tongues.’
THE CONCEPT OF SHIA | for everyone |
To understand the concept of Shia, it is necessary to first know Islam, and then define Shia based on Islam. The basics of Islam start from the belief in Allah(SWT) and the belief in all the prophets up to the last of them (Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP)). As a Muslim we must act upon the Islamic orders, which are obtained from the Holy Quran and the Prophet's (PBUH&HP) Sunnah. We must believe in resurrection, the day of judgment, and rewards versus punishments that will be to the people.
Shiates believe that after the demise of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH&HP), the true knowledge of Islamic orders, teachings, and revelations are with the true interpreters of the Holy Quran, the family of the Prophet (Ahl al-Bayt) (PBUT). A Shiite is a person who follows the Prophet and his family (PBUT) in all affairs. A Shiate accepts the Prophet and his family (PBUT) according to his wisdom and divine nature. When he accepted them, he traces them in all affairs.
According to Shiite doctrines, a true Shiite is one who follows Amur al Muminin(Commander of the believers) Ali, Fatima al Zahara, and the rest of the Infallible (PBUT). In other words, Shiites follow the lights of guidance who are the successors of the Prophet (PBUH&HP) and are free of error and mistake.
Shia literally means follower. By the order of Allah (SWT) Imam Ali ibne Abi Talib (a.s.) was introduced as the leader after the Prophet (PBUH&HP). So the followers of Imam Ali (PBUH) have become known as Shia of Imam Ali (PBUH).
But what is the origin of this belief and its perspectives? Where can we find the first appearance of this school in history?
On different occasions such as Youm al-Indhar to the day of Ghadir Al Khum Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&HP) would constantly remind, introduce, and preach people about his family, Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT).
Ordered by Allah (SWT), the Prophet (PBUH&HP) had declared Wilayat and Succession of Imam Ali and his sons (PBUT) after him. Even Sunnis believe that the first person who used the word "Shia" was the Prophet (PBUH&HP) himself. He used this word in different cases about the followers of Ali (PBUH). We will briefly mention few of these cases here.
Jabir ibn Abdullah al-Ansari (companion of the Prophet (PBUH&HP)) says: "we were sitting beside the Prophet, Ali entered and then Prophet said :"to the one who my life is in His hands (Allah) I swear that this person and his Shia (followers) are saved in resurrection day". Then this verse descended: (98:7)
Umm Salameh narrates from the Prophet (PBUH&HP) that he said:" O' Ali you and your friends are in heaven. You and your Shia (followers) are in heaven."
Let it be stated that some people believe that Shia originated from the time of Uthman (the third successor of Sunnis) by the Iranians.
The Prophet (PBUH&HP) was completely aware of the disputes and differences theUmmah (community) was going to face after his demise. He constantly reviewed the characteristics and signs of the true path and persons, so even future generations would learn truth through his Sunnah. In fact an example can be seen when the Prophet (PBUH&HP) mentioned a narration of the future happenings, "My community will be dispersed to 73 sects, and only one of them is true."
Some other revengeful people say that Shia is originated from the thoughts of a Jew, Abdullah ibn Saba. According to what was mentioned the establishment of Shia was by the Prophet (PBUH&HP) on behalf of Allah (SWT). (Because according to the Holy Quran (53:3) he does not say anything on behalf of Himself). In tradition books of Shia this man is accursed and disfavored by Allah (SWT). Some of the Shia learned people have definitely proved that he is a forged person. Also mal-existence of such a person has been decisively proved.
Finally let us conclude that in every stage of life, we Shiites ask Allah to show and keep us on the straight path, free us from all bigotry, and flourish the luminosity of wisdom within our hearts.
"Praise be on those who follow rightness." (The Holy Quran 20:47)

‘Every invocation sought from Allah, Almighty and Glorious is barred by the sky unless it is coupled with 'Salawat', benediction upon the Prophet and his progeny.’ (The expression of 'Salawat' means: O God bless Muhammad and his descendants).

THE MERITS OF PILGRIMAGE TO QUM | for everyone |
The merits of the pilgrimage of Lady Fatima Masuma (A)
There have been many traditions from the Imams (A) about the rewards awarded to those who perform the pilgrimage of this noble lady, some of which are mentioned below:
1. Imam al-Sādiq (A) has said:
“A lady from my children, by the name of Fatima will be buried in Qum . Whoever visits her [shrine], will certainly be admitted to Heaven.”
Imam al-Ridā (A) has also said:
“Whoever visits Masuma in Qum , it is like he has visited me.”
“Be aware, whoever visits me in a state of purity [after doing ghusl], he will come out of sin and become cleansed [purified of sin], as if he has just been born from his mother.”
Mullā Haydar Khānsārī narrates a tradition from Imam al-Ridā (A):
“Whoever is unable to perform my pilgrimage, he should perform the pilgrimage of my brother in Ray [HadratHamzah, buried near Hadrat `Abd al-`Ađīm] or my sister [Lady Fatima Masuma (A)] in Qum . He will get the same reward as he would for performing my pilgrimage.”
From the foregoing traditions we can see the immense reward, narrated from three Imams (A), of performing the pilgrimage of this noble lady.
An interesting point is that, in tradition no. 5 above, Imam al-Ridā (A) has made the reward of performing the pilgrimage of Lady Fatima Masuma (A) equal to that of performing pilgrimage at his own grave.
It is also interesting to compare this tradition with the following:
Imam al-Sādiq (A) was asked, “what is the reward of someone who performs the pilgrimage of one of the Imams (A)?” Imam (A) replied:
“It is like he has visited the Prophet (S) of Allah.”
NOT SO HEALTHY -DARK CHOCOLATE | for everyone |

DARK CHOCLATE | for everyone |
Experts have warned people against eating too much liquorice.
It follows the case of a 56-year-old woman who was admitted to hospital after overdosing on liquorice.
The woman from Yorkshire went into muscle failure, a potentially fatal condition, after eating too much Pontefract cake.
Writing in the Postgraduate Medical Journal, doctors said she had been eating the liquorice sweets to relieve chronic constipation.
Dangerous condition
"She had been eating a packet of sweets a day, about 200g," said Dr Raja Hussain of Pontefract General Infirmary.
"Her potassium levels were dangerously low and her muscles were very weak. She also had high blood pressure, which is dangerous because it can lead to stroke."
"She was up and walking about within four days," Dr Hussain told BBC News Online.
The active ingredient in liquorice, glycyrrhizic acid, is found in a variety of products, including herbal remedies.
Manufacturers claim it can relieve constipation, cold, flu and allergy symptoms and may even help people with chronic fatigue or ulcers.
It is also found in smaller quantities in confectionery, toothpaste and some herbal teas.
Cigarette and drugs manufacturers sometimes use it to improve the taste of their products.
Some brands of chewing gum can contain 24mg of glycyrrhizic acid while some herbal teas can contain up to 450mg per litre.
A report by the European Commission published earlier this year suggested that people should not consume any more than 100mg of glycyrrhizic acid a day.
Studies have shown that it can increase blood pressure or cause muscle weakness and chronic fatigue. Other problems include headaches or swelling.
Recent research suggested it can also lower testosterone levels in men, affecting their mood and sex drive.
"Like everything else, liquorice is good for you in moderation," said Sinead O'Hara, principal pharmacist at the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital. "But too much of it is quite toxic."
Haribo, one of the companies that manufacture Pontefract cake, said people shouldn't eat too much of it.
"Haribo advises, as with any other food, liquorice products should be eaten in moderation," said marketing manager Christian Freund.
