for everyone

● Salatul Ayaat consists of two Rak'ats, and there are five Ruku in each. Its method is as follows: After making niyyat of offering the prayers, one should say takbir (Allahu Akbar) and recite Surah al-Hamd and the other Surah, and then perform the Ruku. Thereafter, he should stand and recite Surah al-Hamd and a Surah and then perform another Ruku. He should repeat this action five times, and, when he stands after the fifth Ruku, he should perform two Sajdah, and then stand up to perform the second Rak'at in the same manner as he has done in the first. Then he should recite tashahhud and Salam.

● Salatul Ayaat can also be offered in the following manner:

After making niyyat to offer Salatul Ayaat, a person is allowed to say takbir and recite Surah al-Hamd and then divide the verses of the other Surah into five parts, and recite one verse or more or less, and thereafter perform the Ruku. He should then stand up and recite another part of the Surah (without reciting Surah al-Hamd) and then perform another Ruku. He should repeat this action, and finish that Surah before performing the fifth Ruku. For example, he may say: Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim Qul a-ao thu bi rabil falaq, and perform the Ruku. He should then stand up and say, Min sharri ma khalaq, and perform another Ruku. He should then stand up and say, Wa min sharri ghaassiqin e-tha waqab, and perform the third Ruku. Thereafter he should stand up again and say, Wa min sharril nafathaati fil oqaad, and perform the fourth Ruku. Then he should stand up again and say, Wa min sharri haassidin e-tha hassad, and then perform two Sajdah and then rise for the second Rak'at, the same way as the first Rak'at. At the end, he should recite tashahhud and Salam after the two Sajdah. It is also permissible to divide a Surah into less than five parts. In that event, however, it is necessary that when the Surah is over, one should recite Surah al-Hamd before the next Ruku.

● There is no harm if in one Rak'at of Salatul Ayaat, a person after Surah Al Hamd recites another Surah five times, and in the second Rak'at recites Surah Al Hamd, and divides the other Surah into five parts.

● The things which are obligatory and Mustahab in daily prayers are also obligatory and Mustahab in Salatul Ayaat. However, if Salatul Ayaat is offered in congregation, one may say 'As-salaat' three times in place of Adhan and Iqamah. If the prayer is not being offered in congregation, it is not necessary to say anything.

● It is Mustahab that the person offering Salatul Ayaat should say takbir before and after Ruku, and after the fifth and tenth Ruku he should say Sami'allahu liman hamida before takbir.

● It is Mustahab that qunut be recited before the second, fourth, sixth, eighth and tenth Ruku, but it will be sufficient if qunut is recited only before the tenth Ruku.

● If a person doubts as to how many Rak'ats he has offered in Salatul Ayaat, and is unable to arrive at any decision, his prayer is void.

● If a person doubts whether he is in the last Ruku of the first Rak'at, or in the first Ruku of the second Rak'at, and he cannot arrive at any decision, his Salatul Ayaat is void. But if he doubts whether he has performed four Ruku or five, and if the doubt takes place before he goes into Sajdah, he should perform the Ruku about which he is doubtful. But if he has reached the stage of Sajdah, he should ignore his doubt.

● Every Ruku of Salatul Ayaat is a Rukn, and if any addition or deduction takes place in them, the prayer is void. Similarly, if an omission takes place inadvertently, or, as a precaution, an addition is made to it unintentionally, the prayers will be void.

● If a person delays offering of Salatul Ayaat till the sun or the moon starts coming out of eclipse, the niyyat of Ada (i.e. praying within time) will be in order, but if he offers the prayers after the eclipse is over, he should make a niyyat of qadha.

● If the duration of solar or lunar eclipse allows time for one or less Rak'at, Salatul Ayaat can be offered with the niyyat of Ada. Similarly, if a person has enough duration of eclipse at his disposal, but he delays till the time to offer one Rak'at remains before the eclipse is over, he will pray with the niyyat of Ada (i.e. within time).

● When earthquake, thunder lightning and other similar events take place, a person should offer Salatul Ayaat immediately, not allowing undue delay. But if these occurrences continue for a protracted time, praying immediately is not obligatory. If one delays when one should not, then, as per recommended precaution, Salatul Ayaat should be offered without the niyyat of ada or qadha.

● If a person did not know about the sun or the moon eclipse, and came to know after the eclipse was over, he should give its qadha if it was a total eclipse. And if he comes to know that the eclipse was partial, qadha will not be obligatory.

●. If certain people say that the sun or the moon has been eclipsed, but a person hearing that is not satisfied with what they say, and consequently does not offer Salatul Ayaat, if it transpires later that what they said was true, the person should offer Salatul Ayaat if it was a total eclipse. And if it was a partial eclipse, it is not obligatory upon him to offer Salatul Ayaat. The same rule applies if two persons who he does not consider Adil, say that the sun or the moon has been eclipsed and it transpires later that they are Adil''.

● If a person is satisfied with the statement of persons who know the time of solar or lunar eclipse according to scientific calculation, he should pray Salatul Ayaat. Also, if they inform him that the sun or moon will be eclipsed at a particular time, and give him the duration of the eclipse, he should accept their words and act accordingly, provided he is fully satisfied with them.

● If a person realises that Salatul Ayaat offered by him was void, he should offer it again. And if the time has passed, he should offer its qadha.

● If Salatul Ayaat becomes obligatory on a person at the time of daily prayers, and if he has enough time at his disposal for both, he can offer any of them first. If the time for one of them is short, he should offer that prayers first, and if the time for both of them is short, he should offer the daily prayers first.

● If a person realises during the daily prayers that the time for Salatul Ayaat is short, and if the time for daily prayers is also short, he should complete the daily prayers and then offer Salatul Ayaat. But if the time for daily prayers is not short, he should break that prayers and first offer Salatul Ayaat and then offer the daily prayers.

● If a person realises while offering Salatul Ayaat, that the time for daily prayers is short, he should leave Salatul Ayaat and start offering the daily prayers. After completing the daily prayers, and before performing any act which invalidates the prayers, he should start Salatul Ayaat from where he left.

● If solar or lunar eclipse, thunder, lightning or any other similar events take place when a woman is in her menses or nifas, it will not be obligatory for her to offer Salatul Ayaat, nor is there any qadha upon her.

● If a person delays offering of Salatul Ayaat till the sun or the moon starts coming out of eclipse, the niyyat of Ada (i.e. praying within time) will be in order, but if he offers the prayers after the eclipse is over, he should make a niyyat of qadha.

You can perform your qadhaa prayer whenever and wherever you like provided the following:

1- It is not necessary to maintain sequential order in the offering of qadha, except in the case of prayers for which order has been prescribed, like, Zuhr and Asr prayers or Maghrib and Isha prayers of the same day. However, it is better to maintain order in other qadha prayers also.
2- If a person suspects that he might have qadha on him, or that the prayers offered by him were not valid, it is not obligatory to perform it
3- If a person knows that he has not offered a prayer consisting of four Rak'ats, but does not know whether it is Zuhr or Isha, it will be sufficient to offer a four Rak'at prayer with the niyyat of offering qadha prayer for the prayer not offered. And as far as reciting loudly or silently, he will have an option.
4- If a person has a number of Fajr or Zuhr prayers qadha on him, and he does not know their exact number, or has forgotten, for example, if he does not know whether they were three, four or five prayers, it will be sufficient if he offers the smaller number.
5- Also we advice to perform a number of qadha prayer after the daily obligatory prayer every day, such as performing ten qadha of Fajir prayer every day so the result is complete one year of qadha of Fajir prayer in just 36 days only. Or for example, if you have one year of Fajr prayer the you can perform ten qadha prayers after Fajir, Zuhr and Asr, Maghrib and Isha prayers everyday so the result is complete one year of qadha of Fajir prayer in just ten days only.

And there are other cases that you may find its details in the code of practice.

May Allah (s.w) accept all you Aamaal

As we find ourselves once again enveloped in the ever flowing grace
and mercy of the Most Beloved.  We also find ourselves immersed in the
blood sweat and tears of that Wali of the Most Beloved, who was struck
with the fatal blow that took his life and had Jibrael scream the
pillars of religion have toppled.

I came across a story sent to me a couple of years ago.  Like the day
I read it, it touched me greatly because it shows the human side of
the one who was The Commander of The Faithful [a], yet so humble.  He
was a Wali of God, He was the King of men, yet so human it can only
bring tears to the eyes.

'It was the month of Ramadan.  The streets of Kufa were still hot from
the day's unbearable heat.   A traveller was walking through the
streets.  His clothes had a thin layer of sand; his turban was worn
low on his forehead against the harsh rays of the sun, his shoes worn
out from the long walk.  Hungry for food and tired, his eyes caught
the tall and beautiful minaret of the masjid.  He quickened his pace
towards the masjid, entered, and said Salaam.  Straining his eyes, he
saw a lonely figure inside and his ears picked up the low hum of
prayers filling every corner of the masjid.  The traveller knew in his
heart that he was in the presence of a very saintly man, a Wali of God.

The traveller laid his prayer met near the mihrab and prayed namaaz.
He saw the Wali unlock a wooden chest, take out a handful of food and
eat it.   The traveller having not eaten anything all day, went closer
to the Wali and asked, "Saheb, I have had nothing to eat since
yesterday.   Please give me something to eat."   The quiet, peaceful
voice of the Wali replied, "Brother, I do not have anything that you
would like to eat."   The traveller insisted, "I just saw you eat a
handful of something.   You look like a pious, good muslim and yet you
refuse to give me food."   Upon the traveler's insistence, the Wali
opened up the wooden chest and gave the traveller some food to eat.
The hungry man grabbed the handful and put it in his mouth.   Suddenly
he was choking on the dry and tasteless food.   He could not swallow
it.   He looked at the man, his eyes filled with tears of pain.
"Brother, what did you give me to eat?"   The Wali replied, "That was
the dry flour of jav (wheat)."

"Saheb, flour is very cheap in this part of the country.   Why do you
keep it locked?   Is it that you are afraid of thieves?” questioned
the unknowing musafir.   The Wali answered, "I know flour is cheap and
I am not afraid of the thieves either.   I keep this chest locked
because when I am not around my sons mix butter and sugar in it.   You
look very hungry.   Go the house of Hasan and Husain.   During the
month of Ramadan, they serve many varieties of food to those who are
fasting and hungry.   Go join them and delight yourself in the company
of good people and delicious food."   The traveller folded his mat,
took the directions to the house, and then went to join in the
festivities.

Hundreds of people were gathered together at the home of Hasan and
Husain, all seated and enjoying delicious food.   As the traveller
entered the courtyard, two very tall, handsome men approached and
invited him to dinner.   The traveller sat and ate his fill.   As he
was leaving the house, Hasan [a] and Husain [a] stopped him and said,
"We've been watching you and have seen that your face is sad, and your
eyes have tears in them.   Do you have a family somewhere? Are they
also hungry?   If so, we have plenty of food.   Please bring them here
to eat or take some food for them."

The traveller answered, "I have no family.   I am a poor man, but I
saw a man praying at the masjid, his clothes are old and he is eating
dry flour.   While eating the delicious food in your home, I was
thinking of him and crying.   If you give me some food, I will take it
to him."   Husain [a] put his right hand on the traveler's shoulder
and said, "Brother, the man you saw in the masjid praying is the
Allah's Wali, The successor of The Noble Messenger [s], and our
beloved father The Commander of The Faithful [a].   The delicious food
you just ate is all provided by him.'

Who had the courage to lift up the gate of Khayber
Who had the strength to defeat Antar, Marhab too
Who had the power to raise a setting sun with ease
Whose hand was raised so surely at the pond at Khom
Who is this luminary, who is this beloved?
It's Mawla Ali, Mawla Ali, Amir-ul-Momineen,
Amir-ul-Momineen, Amir-ul-Momineen,
Inside the Holy Kaaba there's a celebratory tone
A waterfall of light descends from the heavens and Allah’s throne
The holy mosque contained a jewel, so sparkling and so bright
The door opened Fatema emerged glowing with sheer delight
Who is this personality born in the House of Allah?
On the night of Meraj, Muhammad ascended
Each time he passed a chorus of angels praises they chanted
In the presence of the Lord he recognised that voice
The voice was familiar so he smiled and he rejoiced
Whose voice is emanating, from behind the curtain?
Bibi Maryam's home, Al-Aqsa, the first Qibla
He willed she did not deliver Isa in Al-Aqsa
She had to collect dates from palm trees around her
But for Fatema the sacred house opened for her labour
Whose mother received heavenly fruits in the House of Allah?
Prophet Musa was in the court of the Pharoah
Amazing the magicians casting his staff on the ground below
The fake snakes of magicians the python did devour
Musa said to his creator I fear the Pharoah's wrath this hour
But who bravely slept in the bed without an ounce of fear?
Allah's beloved and his trusted is Mawla Ali
Ahmad's successor and his friend is Mawla Ali
The champion of Khandaq is Mawla Ali
The intercessor of Qiyamat is Mawla Ali
Who is the gate to the city of knowledge?
Inside the cries of Muazzins, from minarets far and wide
To him there are allusions made in the Quran he's identified
Inscribed into the stone of the Kaaba, his sign is found
Inside the hearts of believers their love for him so profound
To whom do the Sayyedi trace their lineage?
In Khayber a fighter roamed Marhab was his name
A fearsome fighter of Al-Qumus his strength was of much fame
But he met the one whose mother called him Haider
Oh Marhab don't you remember the warning of your mother?
Who lifted up with such ease the gate of Khaiber?
On the night of Hijra the kuffar plotted away
Forty men from different tribes the Prophet was their prey
A courageous one in Muhammad's bed in the claws of killers
They scheme away but Allah is the best of the planners
Wallahu Khayrul Maakireen, who is this in the bed?

Burka Vs Bikini - The Debauchery Of American Womanhood -

By Henry Makow, Ph.D. - 9-18-2002

On my wall, I have a picture of a Muslim woman shrouded in a burka. Beside it is a picture of an American beauty contestant, wearing nothing but a bikini. One woman is totally hidden from the public; the other is totally exposed. These two extremes say a great deal about the clash of so-called "civilizations. "

The role of woman is at the heart of any culture.
Apart from stealing Arab oil, the impending war in the Middle East is about stripping Arabs of their religion and culture, exchanging the burka for a bikini.

I am not an expert on the condition of Muslim women and I love feminine beauty too much to advocate the burka here. But I am defending some of the values that the burka represents for me. For me, the
burka represents a woman's consecration to her husband and family. Only they see her. It affirms the privacy, exclusivity and importance of the domestic sphere.

The
Muslim woman's focus is her home, the "nest" where her children are born and reared. She is the "home" maker, the taproot that sustains the spiritual life of the family, nurturing and training her children, providing refuge and support to her husband.

In contrast, the
bikinied American beauty queen struts practically naked in front of millions on TV. A feminist, she belongs to herself. In practice, paradoxically, she is public property. She belongs to no one and everyone. She shops her body to the highest bidder. She is auctioning herself all of the time. In America, the cultural measure of a woman's value is her sex appeal. (As this asset depreciates quickly, she is neurotically obsessed with appearance and plagued by weight problems.)

As an adolescent, her role model is Britney Spears, a singer whose act approximates a strip tease. From Britney, she learns that she will be loved only if she gives sex. Thus, she learns to "hook up" rather than to demand patient courtship and true love. As a result, dozens of males know her before her husband does. She loses her innocence, which is a part of her charm. She becomes hardened and calculating. Unable to love, she is unfit to receive her husband's seed.

The feminine personality is founded on the emotional relationship between mother and baby. It is based on nurturing and self-sacrifice. Masculine nature is founded on the relationship between hunter and prey. It is based on aggression and reason.
Feminism teaches woman that feminine nature has resulted in "oppression" and that she should convert to male behavior instead. The result: a confused and aggressive woman with a large chip on her shoulder, unfit to become a wife or mother.

This, of course, is the
goal of the social engineers at the NWO:undermine sexual identity and destroy the family, create social and personal dysfunction, and reduce population. (Seehttp://www.inoohr. org/worldpopulat ioncontrolpromot e.htm) In the "brave new world," women are not supposed to be nest makers, or progenitors of the race. They are meant to be neutered autonomous creatures that indulge in sex for physical pleasure, not for love or procreation.

At his press conference on SundayDonald Rumsfeld said that Iranian women and youth were restive under the rule of the Mullahs. He implied that the US would soon liberate them. To Britney Spears? To low-rise "see-my-thong" pants? To the mutual masturbation that passes for sexuality in America?

Parenthood is the pinnacle of human development. It is the stage when we finally graduate from self-indulgence and become God's surrogates: creating and nurturing new life. The New World Order does not want us to reach this level of maturity.
Pornography is the replacement for marriage. We are to remain stunted: single, sex-starved and self-obsessed. We are not meant to have a permanent "private" life. We are to remain lonely and isolated, dependent on consumer products for our identity, in a state of perpetual courtship.

This is especially destructive for woman. Her sexual attraction is a function of her fertility. As fertility declines, so does her sex appeal.
If a woman devotes her prime years to becoming "independent, " she is not likely to find a permanent mate.
Her long-term personal fulfillment and happiness lies in making marriage and family her first priorityFeminism is another cruel New World Order hoax that has debauched American women and despoiled Western civilization. It has ruined millions of lives and represents a lethal threat to Islam.

I am not advocating the
burka but rather some of the values that it represents, specifically a woman's consecration to her future husband and family, and the modesty and dignity this entails. The burka and the bikini represent two extremes. The answer lies somewhere in the middle.

Henry Makow, Ph.D. is the inventor of the board game "Scruples" and the author of "A Long Way to go for a Date." His articles on feminism and the New World Order are found atwww.savethemales. ca
He welcomes your comments at:henrym@mts.net

Comment:

He is not a Muslim nor does he advocate the burka yet he is honest enough to admit the value and benefits of the burka to the Muslim women that Islam has given to them and the dishonor the Western feminism and culture has given to their women.

Truly, my prayer, my sacrifice, my life and my death is for Alláh, Lord of All the Worlds...At His pleasure.
