HADEES
“ The right of the muslim on the muslim is that he should never eat his fill while his brother suffers, never should he quench his thirst while his brother suffers thirst, never should he clothes himself while his brother suffers inadquate clothing.”
The Sixth Imam Ja’far ibn Muhammad al-Sadiq (a.s.)
“I advise you, and all my children, my relatives, and whosoever receives this message, to be conscious of Allah, to remove your differences, and to strengthen your ties. I heard your grandfather, peace b upon him, say: “Reconciliation of your differences is more worthy than all prayers and fasting.”
Imaam Ali ibn Talib (a.s.)
“Please be our ornaments and not the source of shame for us. Talk properly with the people. Do not let your tongue slip, and do not boast or swear.”
The Sixth Imam Ja’far ibn Muhammed al-Sadiq (a.s.)
HADEES
FOUR ‘TASHEEH (Tasbihaat-Arba’)
It has been reported on the authority of Imam Baqer (a.s.)
“The Messenger of God was passing by a man who was planting trees in his orchard. The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) stopped and said: Shall I introduce to you a tree whose roots are stronger, gives fruits earlier, and has purer and more lasting fruits than this? The man said:” Yes, show it to me O Messenger of Allah! The Holy Prophet (s.w.a.s.) said: At dawn and in the evening say: SUBHAANAL LAAHE WAL HAMDOLIL
It you recite this Dua there will be ten trees of every fruit for each Tasbeeh in
The man said: O’ Messenger of Allah! I take you as witness and give this orchard to you a as a charity for muslims, that is, for the alms givers. Here God revealed verses 5-7 of the Quranic Chapter, Layl!
“Then as for he who gives away and guards against evil and accepts the best, We will facilitate for him the easy end.”
Mohammed ibne Khaleed Barki has repored on the authority of Imam Sadiq (a.s.): The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) has said: “Whoevever says:
SUBHAANALLAAH (glory be to Allah) God will plant a tree for him in paradise. Whenever he says ALLAMDOLILLAAH, (praise is due to Allah), whoever says: LAA ELAAHA ILLALLAAH (there is no god but Allah), and whoever says: ALLAHO AKBAR (God is the Greatest) Allah (s.t.), God will plant a tree for him for each Zikr.
Here the man of Qureish said: Therefore, we will have many trees in paradise, the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.) said: Yes, but do not ever set fire to those trees, for God has said: O believers! Obey Allah and His Messenger and do not make your deeds void.”
One day the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said to his companions: “If you heap up all your belongings, buildings and living goods, do you think they will reach the sky? They said: No, O Messenger of Allah! The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said: Shall I introduce you to something whose root is in the earth and its branches in heavens? They said: Yes, The Holy Prophet (sa.w.s.) said: Whenever you complete your prayers say thirty times: SUBHAANAL LAAHE WAL HAMDOLIL LAAHE WA LAA ELAAHA ILLAL LAAHO WAL LAAHO AKBAR, the roots of which are in the earth and is branches are in the heavens. It is these words that removes from man sorrows, collapsing of wall, fire being drown in water, falling into well, being attacked by fierce animals, bad deaths and tribulations which descend on the day. Those words are truly righteous deeds.”
Hamad ibne Osman has quoted Imam Sadiq (a.s.) which was said by Imam Ali (a...s.)
”The Messenger of Allah said: When I was taken to the heavens, I saw paradise in which there was a land with an edifice of musk. I saw angels who were putting bricks of gold and silver one on the other and sometimes stopped doing so. I said: Why you are putting them one on the other and why do you stop from time to time? They said” We are waiting for material. I said: What is your material? They said: The Zikr of the believer SUBHAANAL LAAHE WAL HAMDOLIL LAAHE WA LAA ELAAHA ILLAL LAAHO WAL LAAHO AKBAR. Whenever he recites them we build the edifice and whenever he keeps silent, we stop too.
HADEES
TASBEEH AND TAHMEED
“Amirul Momineen (a.s.) has said:
SUBHAANALLAH fills half the scales,
ALAHAMDUOLILLAH fills it completely and
LAA ELAAHA ILLALLAH and ALLAHO AKBAR fills what is between heavens and the earth”
THE FOLLOWING ZIKR
“I testify there is no God but Allah. He is one, has no partner, the one God, unique, and One upon whom all depend, who has no wife or son.”
Imam Sadiq (a.s.) has said:
“Whoever recites the above-mentioned Dua for forty five times, God will have forty five thousand virtues written for him, will remove forty five thousand bad deeds from him and will promote him forty five thousand degrees. He will be as a person who has recited the Holy Quran twelve thousand times a day and finally God will make him a house in paradise.”
FIVEFOLD WORDS
The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) has said:
“Shall I teach you five words which are light one tongue and heavy on scales, words which will please God and drive away the Satan, words which are among treasures of heaven, words coming from beneath the Throne and among the righteous deeds? They said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah! The Holy Prophet said: “Glory be to Allah, and praise is due to Allah, there is no Got but Allah and God is the greatest, there is neither might nor power but with Allah, The Great the Exalted. Then he said five times: Excellent are the words which make your scales of good deeds heavy”.

HADEES
1. Against oneself
One must avoid overeating for the HolyProphet (s.a.w.a.) has said:
“For the children of Adam a few morsels which can keep him alive are sufficient. So when he needs food, let him devote one third of his stomach to food, one third to drinks and the last third to breathing.”
The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) further said:
“One the Day of Judgment only those people starve who are the most gluttons in this world”
Gluttony has the following pests:
- it will cause hard-heartedness
- It keeps body from worship
- It stops man from keeping vigil in prayer
- It stops man from recommended prayer after mid-night.
2. Against family
One must observe moderation and not be strict to them, rather he should be lenient to them and whenever he gives a promise, he has to keep it to make his family happy.
It has been reported on the authority of Imam Moosa (a.s.):
“Wherever you give a promise to children, keept it for they think you are the giver of sustenance and Allah (s.w.t.) does not become so wrathful against men as he does because of unfair treatement of women and children.”
A praiseworthy tradition is that man should buy fruits for his family especially on Friday about which Imam Ali (a.s.) has said:
“Come home to your family members with fruits every Friday night so that they will become happy about Friday”
3. Against Parents
Respecting parents especially mothers is recommended. In this relation Imam Sadeq (a.s.) hs said:
“The best deeds are: Prayer in its proper time, respecting one’s parents and fighting in the way of Allah (s.w.t.)”
A Hadiths says:
“When Prophet Moses (a.s.) was invoking Allah (s.w.t), he saw a man praying under the Throne of Allah. Moses (a.s.) envied him saying: O God! Have you promoted this man to such position? Allah (s.w.t.) said: This man had two virtues, first he did good to his parents and secondly he was not a talebearer.”
A man came to the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) saying: Is there any wayfor me to repent. The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said:” Is one of your parents still living?”
He said: Yes, myfather.
The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said “Go and do good to him.”
When the man returned, The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s) said,” Had he a mother, it would be better.”
The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) has also said:
“One who wishes to have a long life and have his sustenance increased must do good to his parents, for taking care of them is considered as a prayer”.
A man said to The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.): I have an old father who I carry whenever he wants to relieve himself. The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said:
“Keep on doing it, for this deed of yours will serve as a shield agaist fire of Hell.”
The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) also said:
“What keeps you from doing good to your living or dead parents? Peform prayer, keep fast, and give charity on their behalf, for it will benefit both you and them. Allah (s.w.t.) too will reward you for your good deeds.”

Ayatollah Modarresi vs. Top Wahhabi Cleric - with English Subtitles
This is a speech being delivered by Ayatollah Modarresi at the shrine of Imam Hussein in response to the slanderous comment made by the top Wahhabi cleric in
One would think that after almost 14 centuries, the mission of Imam Hussein and the pristine nature of his message is transparently clear. On the same token, one would also think that the demonic nature of Yazeed and his cohorts is also as abundantly obvious.
For how could anyone exploit people's ignorance of the hard historical facts and justify the barbaric murder of Imam Hussein? How can anyone conceivably explain the viciou slaughtering of the 6 month old infant and the starving of women and children to death? And after all the atrocities committed by Yazeed's army, how can anyone brand his authority as "legitimate" or even go as far as to have the audacity to blame Imam Hussein for the crimes committed onAshura 61 A.H.?!
And if an ignorant individual were to be found who is blind to the manifest truth, they might be dismissed as illiterate or simply insane, but when a the top ranking, government appointed cleric makes those outrageous assertions, it reveals deeply rooted malice and venomous scorn towards every divine ideal and every ethical standard. It speaks of far ranging moral dilemmas and a seriously flawed and perverted sense of judgment.
The attached video shows one such individual. He is Abdul Aziz Aal Al Sheikh, the grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, and the direct grandson o Bin Abdul Wahhab, the founder of the Wahhabi religion which is responsible for every atrocity, and every act of terror around the world. The video also includes footage from people's reaction to the comments and the utter outrage at the shrine of Imam Hussein in the holy city of Karbala and the historic speech by one of Iraq's leading Shia scholars, Ayatollah Sayed Hadi Al Modarresi, in which he emphatically denounced the comments by the Wahhabi cleric and challenged him to reveal his true intentions during the Arba'een processions.

The chastisement of the hereafter is more disgraceful and there will be no helper. Let not this respite make you frivolous, for none has the power to anticipate upon Allah, the Mighty, the Sublime, and seeking vengeance does not lapse from him. No, not at all, your Lord is in ambush for you. What will you reply when the Prophet shall ask you, how did you fair, while you were the last nation, with my progeny and my children, the noble ones, that some of them are captivated and some drenched in their blood, this is not the recompense regarding which I adviced you with which you treated my 'Near-ones' , I fear that a wrath similar to the people of Iram might descend upon you"

"Now then! O Kufans! O men of vaunt! O treacherous men! O retreaters! Beware! May your lament never cease and may your wailing never end. Verily your similitude is that of a woman who untwirls the threads spinned by herself. You have broken your pledges by deceit and there remains nothing in you except pretense, self-conceit, exorbitance and dishonesty. You have adopted the flatter of maids and coquettishness of the enemies as your customs. Your similitude is of that of the expanse vegetation or jewellery in the graveyard. Beware! What an evil have you brought forth for yourselves that has invited Allah's wrath upon you and you have earned a place of fury in the hereafter. You weep for my brother? Verily yes by Allah! You should weep, for you deserve it. Weep abundantly and laugh less, thus you are tainted with disgrace and trapped in contempt that you shall never be able to wash off. CHARITY INCREASES SUSTENANCE
Imam Sadiq (a.s.) had many sons, one of whom was named Muhammed. Occasionally it would so happen that his income would exceed his expenses.
Once Imam Sadiq (a.s.) inquired: “How much have you managed to save?” He replied:”Forty Dinars.” The Imam (a.s.) said:”Give it as charity in the way of Allah (s.w.t). He said: This is all that I have with me and if I were to give this in charity there would be nothing left for me.”
The Imam (a.s.) insited:
“Go and give it in charity and Allah (s.w.t.) shall compensate it for you. Do you know that for everything there is a key and the key to sustenance is charity?”
Muhammed, heeding his father’s advice gave the forty dinars in charity. Hardly ten days had passed by since this episode when a sum of four thousand dinars was presented to the Imam (a..s.). Turning to Muhammed, the Imaam (a.s.) said: “My son! We gave forty dinars in the path of Allah (s.w.t.) and He gave us four thousand dinars (a hundred times) in return”

A very old man lay dying in his bed. In death's doorway, he suddenly smelled the aroma of his favorite chocolate chip cookie wafting up the stairs.
He gathered his remaining strength and lifted himself from the bed. Leaning against the wall, he slowly made his way out of the bedroom, and with even greater effort forced himself down the stairs, gripping the railing with both hands.
With labored breath, he leaned against the door frame, gazing into the kitchen. Were it not for death's agony, he would have thought himself already in heaven.
There, spread out up on newspapers on the kitchen table were literally hundreds of his favorite chocolate chip cookies.
Was it heaven? Or was it one final act of heroic love from his devoted wife, seeing to it that he left this world a happy man?
Mustering one great final effort, he threw himself toward the table. The aged and withered hand, shaking, made its way to a cookie at the edge of the table, when he was suddenly smacked with a wooden spoon by his wife.
"Stay out of those," she said. "They're for the funeral."

To appear wise, one must talk;
To be wise, one must listen. To appear to do good, one must be busy; To do good, one must know when to stand aside. To appear to lead, one must put oneself first; to lead, one must put oneself last. To appear caring, one must give advice; To be caring, one must give space. To appear to love, one must know how to give; To love; one must know also how to receive. To appear happy, one must smile; To be happy, one must be free with tears.

My Name Is Gossip
I have no respect for justice.
I aim without killing. I break hearts and ruin lives. I am cunning and malicious, and gather strength with age. The more I am quoted, the more I am believed. I flourish at every level of society. My victims are helpless. They cannot protect themselves against me, Because I have no face. To track me down is impossible. The harder you try, the more elusive I become. I am nobody's friend. Once I tarnish a reputation, it is never the same. I topple governments, wreck marriages and ruin careers. . . Cause sleepless nights, heartaches and indigestion. I spawn suspicion and generate grief. I make innocent people cry in their pillows. Even my name hisses. I make headlines and headaches.
