Ameer al-Momineen (a.s) said: "Your hearts will get tired just as your bodies do. So seek the newest words of wisdom for them. Sometimes the heart turns towards you, and sometimes it turns away. Whenever it turns towards you, get it involved in performing the recommended deeds And when it turns away, just suffice with performing the obligatory deeds."

First-Knowing God.Second-Knowing what He has done with you.Third-Knowing what He expects you.Fourth-Knowing what keeps you away from your religion?"

"..These calamities befall occasionally, in diluted severity, just to warn men and to ameliorate their conduct. They do not perpetuate but get removed as and when men get dismayed in regard to their safety. These calamities befall as warning; and they get removed through Divine Grace."

Imam Ali (a.s) said: "The world fools, harms and passes by. God the Almighty did not establish the world as a reward for His friends, or a penalty for His enemies. The people in this world are similar to a caravan having a short rest along the way, and the caravan leader suddenly hollers at them to depart."

Imam al-Baqir(A.S.) said:"Assume the truth. Leave that which does not concern you. Avoid your enemy. Be careful of your friends except the trusty one who fears Allah. Do not make friends with the sinner. Do not inform him of your secrets. Ask the advice of those who fear Allah."[Ibn Qutayba, 'Ayun al-Akhbar]
Imam Sadiq (A.S) has said:“I found out all human knowledge having four qualities:
First-Knowing God.Second-Knowing what He has done with you.Third-Knowing what He expects you.Fourth-Knowing what keeps you away from your religion?"
